Deals: 2 for $50 On F.3.A.R, L.A. Noire, Portal 2, And More At TRU.com
If you've been slacking on games this spring, or if you were planning on getting the latest game in the F.E.A.R. saga this week, Toys R Us has a few words for you: 2 for $50. That's two full brand new games for the price of less than one. Here's the full list - all are available for the PS3 or Xbox 360:
- F.E.A.R. 3 (preorder)
- L.A. Noire
- Portal 2
- Mortal Kombat
- Brink
- Call of Duty: Black Ops
While most of those games have seen their fair share of discounts since their release, bringing them down to $25 each (or around $30 with tax and shipping) is likely as low as their going to get for a while. F.E.A.R. 3 isn't even out yet, and this is knocking about half off. With the third game adding campaign co-op to the series, this is a pretty good incentive for your friends to pick up a copy of their own. The deal is good online or for in-store pickup with eligible titles. YMMV getting this to work if you just go to the store without ordering online first.

Sadly the only game there that I want that I don't already own is L.A. Noire. Well, I also want Brink but I'd no sooner play an FPS on console than I would drive a nail through my foot...
Half my order was cancelled. =( I bought Black Ops (it was only available for store pick-up) and Portal 2 (only available for delivery). I picked up Back-Ops and they cancelled my Portal 2 order. I just received an email today with no explanation. I had to call to find out that Portal 2 sold out. At least I got Black Ops for only $25. THANKS DAWDLE!
