Capcom's SDCC Plans

As they do every year, Capcom's going to have a major presence at the San Diego Comic-Con from July 21-24, and if you're going, you can swing by booth #4844 to check out all the demos, tournaments, signings and whatnot. You'll be able to get your hands on games like Dragon's Dogma, Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City, Resident Evil Revelations, Street Fighter X Tekken, Asura's Wrath, Dead Rising 2: Off The Record, Street Fighter III: Third Strike Online Edition and a brand new title that will be announced shortly before the start of the con!

The booth will also host tournaments Thursday through Saturday from 11am-12pm and 3-4pm, and Sunday 11-12pm. Sign up each morning at the Capcom booth from 9-10am. Thursday has been designated "Street Fighter Day," and Friday, "Resident Evil Day," so if you swing by the booth in a costume appropriate for that series on that day, you'll get a special bonus at the Capcom store. Of course, you can also just buy the merch regularly, because they'll have lots on offer. And special promotions and giveaways, so you might even get lucky!

Capcom will also be holding some panels for fans to attend. There's a Street Fighter one that will include producer Yoshinori Ono, and Tekken producer Katsuhiro Harada will make an appearance to face off against him in SFXTekken. Then there's a World of Capcom panel where RE4 producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi will be talking about his new game, Dragon's Dogma, Jason Leigh will talk about Dead Rising 2: Off The Record, and Kazuhiro Tsuchiya will discuss the over-the-top action game Asura's Wrath. Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City producer Rey Jimenez will discuss that game and reveal some more details about all the other RE titles coming out. And finally, producer Ryota Niitsuma will be holding a panel to discuss Marvel vs. Capcom 3, where fans will get the chance to show off their skills and win prizes!

And girls who like girls who like rumble packs!
