EA Makes Star Wars: The Old Republic Special

If you're super-psyched to play Bioware's upcoming Star Wars: The Old Republic, you've got some choices to make. EA has just announced that in addition to the Standard Edition of the MMO, there will also be a pair of special editions. There's a Collector's Edition and a Digital Deluxe Edition. You can pre-order the Standard and Collector's Editions at any participating retailer, and the digital version exclusively at Origin.
If you pre-order, you'll get a code to unlock early game access as well as an in-game color stone that will change your weapon effect. Pre-order quantities are limited, though, so if you wait too long, you might not get early access.
The Standard Edition will inlude the game and 30 days of game time for $59.99. The Digital Deluxe Edition will run you $79.99 and also include five virtual items, including the Flare Gun, Training Droid, personal HoloDancer, HoloCam and the STAP vehicle. The Collector's Edition will include everything listed above, plus acess to an in-game Collector's Store with additional items available exclusively to owners of the Collector's Edition. It will also include physical items like a Darth Malgus statue from Gentle Giant, the journal of Jedi Master Gnost Dural from Chronicle Books, The Music of the Old Republic soundtrack, a security key and a map of the in-game Star Wars galaxy. All of that can be yours for $149.99.
According to Dr. Ray Muzyka, Group General Manager and Co-Founder, BioWare and Senior Vice President, Electronic Arts, they're making sure that the MMO plays well from the start with various means, including "limiting supply at launch to ensure that players easily transition into the servers." So if you really want to play, you might want to pre-order to make sure you can. And you can get some bonus stuff in the process!

What I want to know is if the HoloDancer is only female? Or can we choose to have a male dancer? I have not been able to find any answers to that.
Sorry guys: No Steam, no sale.
The Collectors Edition is already sold out ! Balls man........
I'm about as excited for this as I would be about KOTOR 3, and that's a whole lotta mucho buncha lot.
Since it is The Old Republic there should be some kind of big plot twist. But how do you prevent someone from spoiling the plot twist for you in an MMO?
I dunno about this game. Personally the more I see of the combat system the more I'm thinking 'WoW in space' but since they have yet to tell anyone what the subscription cost'll be if any I'm still on the fence about this.
If it ends up begin 10-15 bucks a month I'm going to be holding out for GW2. Otherwise though it looks like an interesting game that you all know the fan base is going to go nuts for.
