Video: Fab Style: DO WANT!
Remember how I told you I was all excited for the Style Savvy sequel on the 3DS? Well, forget that. Tecmo Koei's Fab Style looks to be even more awesome! Not only do you get to run a fashion boutique and pick out just the right outfit for your picky customers, but you can also date one of the many guys who are wooing you! That's right, there are guys in the game, and instead of dressing them like in Style Savvy, you can romance them! Fashion and dating sim? I would be all over that like white on rice.
Well, except for the fact that it seems unlikely that Fab Style will get a US localization. I mean, it's not completely out of the realm, but dating sims, while popular in Japan, never really reach our shores. Nintendo released Style Savvy in the US for the DS, so I feel like the 3DS sequel is more likely to come out here. Also, Fab Style is being released for the DS and 3DS, so I'm not sure Tecmo Koei would risk publishing two games. One, maybe, but two? Oh, and you can just forget about seeing anything resembling the collector's edition with the book and soundtrack that you see at the end of the trailer! We're never that lucky!

Hm, I doubt you'd be able to play as a guy in this. Not if there's a romance element in it.
Shame too, that dark-skinned guy holding the mask is HOT.
werkkkk. these outfits look way less broke-down than in savvy. AND theres hair/makeup? just wish the styles were a little less...department?
