Wootini's Weekly Animal Crossing Diary

Dear Diary,

The real world was full of rain this week, but Narnia? Not so much. Dry as a bone. I met a new friend who is both cute and creepy at the same time, and also got my new furniture from Nintendo! Other than that, it was kind of a quiet week this time around... but all the details are after the jump as usual!

Well, Stitches moved in, and into the exact plot of land that Chevre had occupied. So at first I almost didn't even notice that there was a new house! Stitches seems okay, although I have to say that while she's awful adorable, those eyes make her look like she's dead! Those xes! (Oh, and I'm just guessing at the she... haven't heard anything to make me think that it's just a really flamboyant he, but I suppose that's just as likely!)

It was also time for the final fireworks show of the summer. Problem was, Tortimer tells me about it during the afternoon, but by the evening, it had completely slipped my mind, and I forgot to go outside and check them out! Oh well...

Last, but certainly not least, because it's the beginning of another month, I got my new piece of the gold furniture set! The letter read: "Not only does this screen add a bit of privacy, it also really brings the wow factor! Talk about a conversation piece!" Hm. When did Nintendo hire Tim Gunn to write their copy? Anyway, it's just as garish and clunky as all the other golden furniture. Seriously, it's a screen, but it's like, a foot thick! By the time I finish completing this set, my house is going to be so heavy it's going to collapse in on itself!

Umm... you see how Stitches' name is in a blue bubble? Yeah, that means he's a guy.
