Capcom Dates Resident Evil: Revelations
Not only has Capcom set the date of February 7, 2012, for the release of Resident Evil: Revelations on the Nintendo 3DS. While the Mercenaries 3D game was good old-fashioned arcade fun, I have to say that this is the one I've been waiting for. I prefer a good classic adventure. Set in between Resident Evils 4 and 5, Revelations has Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield teaming with new BSAA members Parker Luciani and Jessica Sherawat to discover the truth about the Veltro terrorist organization and the T-Abyss virus outbreak.
And starting now, pre-ordering at GameStop in North America will get you this unique 3DS case with an image that changes in the sunlight. So at night, your 3DS will be looking back at you. Creepy! And if this is anything like the 3DS case they sent out with copies of RE: Mercenaries 3D, it's a really nice product. Of course, that one didn't have a magical eyeball...

In all seriousness though, I mean the $170 price point wasn't enough to get me to relinquish ownership of my XL, but this just may do the trick. Of course this would look simply stunning on the new "Flame Red" 3ds.
