Music Game DLC Two-Fer

Because of all the leftover New York Comic Con stuff I've got to share with you, I've decided to lump the Rock Band Music Store and SingStore updates into the one post. Just remember that while Rock Band DLC is out today, the SingStar tunes won't be out until Wednesday.
For Rock Band, you'll be able to download the Coldplay Collection 01 for $9.99, or for $1.99, the separate songs "Yellow," "The Scientist," "Clocks," "Fix You," "Viva la Vida," or "Every Teardrop is a Waterfall." Not being a big fan, I only know a few of those songs, but while they might be good, I don't think it's anything I want to spend my Microsoft Points on. Oh, and "Yellow" and "Clocks" are the ones with the optional $.99 Pro Bass and Pro Guitar expansions.
On October 19, the SingStore will update with these tracks:
"Riverside" by Agnes Obel
"The Tide Is High" by Blondie
"Spooky" by Dusty Springfield
"Miss Independent" by Kelly Clarkson
"Escandalo" by Raphael
"Keep On Loving You" by REO Speedwagon
"You're Gonna Go Far Kid" by The Offspring
Super excited about the Blondie, and I'll probably get REO Speedwagon, too. I have to say, I appreciate the way the SingStar DLC always contains a variety of rock, classics, and pop. It's been a while since Harmonix has done the same thing with Rock Band!

Hot damn, I was just thinking yesterday how I'd like some Coldplay in Rock Band. "Clocks", especially, because I have some memories of the guy I was interested in at the time associated with that song. Now if only we could get some more Radiohead (basically release OK Computer as a full album download and I'd buy it)
I wish Singstar would put out songs from Kelly Clarkson's "All I Ever Wanted" album. Her songs are just so much fun to sing.
fcakira, I unfortunately think they're in the same boat as they are with Kylie. They only seem to have the rights to the first album. So we're stuck with just that limited selection. Sigh...
