Video: Doctor Who Sets His Eternity Clock Back

Attention Dr. Who fans (and since this is a site for the gays, I'm guessing there are a lot of you...): BBC and Supermassive Games (which is presumably, and appropriately in this case, named after the amazing celestial phenomenon that powers and devours galaxies...or maybe after the kick-ass tune by llittle-known British indie group Muse) are teaming up to bring you Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock. It will, apparently, be part of a new Who video game franchise, written in collaboration with BBC Wales, and featuring voice-overs by the current Doc, Matt Smith, and Alex Kingston's River Song, whose spoiler-heavy identity I won't reveal for those of you who are still catching up with this season. Not much else has been revealed about the game thus far, except that it'll be released for the PS3 and PS Vita (as a launch title!) over PSN, and for Windows as well.

Was that sarcasm?
While I understand many across the pond won't have heard of them... "little known 'indie' groups" don't get 35+million views on youtube on a single video.

One of the most successful british bands of the last decade however, do.

Also... song I linked also sounds a bit more doctor who-esque ;-)

*fanboy on*Whee, I was reading the last part of your article and went; ''What?! Only PS3 and PS Vita? Noooo! And what the hell is--- Wait its for Windows?'' and then went yaaaay ^^

Thank you for sharing this, although I do not like the current Doctor at all.... But I do love River! *fanboy off*

I am a bit skeptical on Doctor Who games though, simply because I tend to dislike games that are based on series or movies. But as always I will give this a shot too, who knows, I might like it!

Haha, thanks AJ, but that was absolutely a joke. Muse is huge.

And yeah, Dave, Doctor Who games have a spotty record. Still, there seems to be a general up-tick in the quality of movie-based games. It's still a gamble, but I'm way more optimistic now than I would have been ten years ago.

And girls who like girls who like rumble packs!
