Gear Up For Mass Effect 3

When Mass Effect 3 launches on March 6, you're going to have a helluva job saving the Earth ahead of you. So BioWare and EA have decided to give you a head start by offering up some pre-order bonuses. Because you know you already want it!
Starting today, pre-ordering the game will get you the M55 Argus Assault Rifle, boasting quick-burst fire with better accuracy so you don't waste precious ammo. Additionally, if you pre-order the PC version through Origin, you'll also get the AT-12 Raider Shotgun, with a wide spread perfect for close-up encounters. On the other hand, if you're going through GameStop or EB Games, you'll get the N7 Warfare Gear instead. That includes the N7 Valkyrie Assault Rifle and the N7 Defender Armor (which has extra storage for ammo and extra punch for your weapons!).
So make sure your Shepard has the upper hand against the Reapers (and whatever else the universe decides to throw at him/her) and collect your pre-order bonuses. Or, you could just suck it up and do it the hard way!

I wonder when they're going to stop showing screenshots of guns and start showing off that new gay character, Steve Cortez? He's the Normandy's shuttle pilot you know.
as the last few sequels i have purchased have completely sucked (uncharted 3, skyward sword) im praying to every sky fairy imaginable that this wont suck.
Who that guy on the left is? He's like the Perry to Shepard's Romney. ie., indistinguishable...
That's Kaidan Alenko, rumored to be a love interest to both male and female Shepards.
Hopefully he'll be a love interest in the third game... He was my love interest in the first, for my FemShep, but things... didn't go well in the second... :-(
Hopefully! I mean, Alenko is legitimately a -nice guy-, and I'd hate to not have the option to pursue things further. Again, if Mr. Shepard somehow cannot romance him in Mass Effect 3, then he definitely will be able to woo Mr. Cortez, who is unquestionably, unambiguously gay. If you want to risk spoilers, you can get the 411 (is that still a phrase?) on him and his leaked dialogue on the web if you know where to look.
And just in case anyone is curious, yes there is a crew member who is very much a lesbian (not bi, or "monogendered", or omnisexual or whatever) for Madame Shepard to go a-courtin'.
What happened to the old pilot - Seth Green?
"What happened to the old pilot - Seth Green?"
Presumably he's still there, given that he flys the ship not a shuttle.
