Skyrim Updates

Bethesda has announced that the 1.4 update for Skyrim is now live for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 users in Europe. PS3 owners in the US should see it sometime tonight. In fact, it might already be ready to go by the time you read this.
They also want to warn everyone that if you notice any strange in-game behavior immediately after installing the patch, you shouldn't panic. "This is a normal function of the script backlog temporarily correcting itself," they promise. For a full list of bug fixes and adjustments, you can read this list from when the PC patch went live.
Also, the Skyrim Workshop and Creation Kit is now available free to anybody with a Steam account and a copy of Skyrim. So now we're going to see all kinds of mods that run the gamut from awesome/cool to bizarre/hilarious. Like the one pictured above that lets you choose the amount of body hair on your hero. You know, for when you're running around shirtless looking hot. More at this link. (I especially love the Death Star moon...)

That's no moon...
I absolutely need that mod right now! Holy hot stuff batman!
JESUS! MORE HAIR, PLEEEZ!!!
oh my freaking god, i've been calling for a body hair slider in skyrim since DAY ONE! AWESOME!
There is also a nude mod where all the guys are naked instead of in their underwear. Now every time I kill a male character, I rob their armor lol
The Workshop is a nice idea, it's a bit more user friendly than the Nexus Mod Manager (I'm good at using either, or manually installing mods cause that's how I roll). Really excellent for people to find mods (and it updates them automatically when the mod maker uploads a new version, which is very nice).
The 1.4 beta was fantastic, it upped my framerate by a good 15-20 per second outside, and I get near constant 60 fps inside caves/buildings since it hit.
Now, if only my Khajiit could marry another Khajiit...
