Visit Nintendo's Haunted House

spiritcam.jpg

As cool as Nintendo turning Times Square into the Mushroom Kingdom was, it's killing me that this one isn't in New York so I can go! On Friday, March 30, Nintendo is turning the San Remo Hotel in San Francisco, CA, into a spooky haunted house to promote the Friday, April 13 launch of Spirit Camera: The Cursed Memoir for the 3DS.

The event will be held from 9pm to midnight, and you must be over 18 to attend. In addition to food, drink and scares, attendees will be able to get your hands on Spirit Camera and use the 16-page AR Book included with the game to view ghostly images and interact with the game world. It sounds like it's really cool, and I can't wait to see it. But I'm not about to fly out to San Fran for this, even though it sounds awesome. Somebody please go and take pictures for me and tell me all about it!

I really like the Fatal Frame games, so I am really hoping this turns out to be a good game.

I am also hoping that a demo is released for download.
