All too often, games constitute something of an investment. Thus, there are those, like myself, who find their hard-earned dollars going to
box wine and cigarettes other parts of the economy, thus missing a game like Okami. It's a shame, since discussion about the game will often find it referred to with words like "unique," "beautiful," and "artistic," which at the very least, has put it somewhere near the top of my "games to play" list.
Luckily, for the PS3 owners in the audience, Okami will be getting the HD treatment, and is set to arrive on PSN this fall, for the wallet-friendly price of $20. Aside from the usual "trophy-laden, 1080p pixel buffet" business, the game will feature PlayStation Move support - and indeed, this is a lovely thing. As shown in the trailer, part of Okami's gameplay involves painting with the "Celestial Brush," a mechanic that simply begs for motion controls.
So if you've been meaning to give the game a shot (the game does look stunning), and find yourself in possession of both a PS3 and $20 this fall, keep an eye out for Okami on PSN!
