Nintendo is adding another 3DS bundle for the holiday season, this time pairing up a Blue/Black Nintendo 3DS XL with Mario Kart 7 pre-loaded onto the system. And since the bundle retails for the standard 3DS XL price of $199.99, you're basically getting Mario Kart 7 for free and saving $40. The bundle is a limited edition, and goes on sale December 2.
I think the bundles are a great idea, because it's always nice to get a game included with the system whe you buy it. (Or get it as a gift!) But I can't help but think these would be so much cooler if the system itself was branded with something special, like Mario Kart racing stripes... you know what I mean? Still, I guess it's not about a collectible 3DS XL, it's about getting a free game.
