Welcome Back!

tumblr_lty3261KJH1r0490ao1_500Well, the fairies and elves have been working tirelessly on Gay Gamer Castle since we were forced to move over the weekend, and we really hope you like our new makeover. We think it took years off!

Keep in mind that there are still a few rough edges here and there, and don’t be surprised if there are some gremlins running around, but we wanted to get up and running so we can bring you all the gay gaming news that’s fit to print. (And maybe some that isn’t!)

So please bear with us as we try to get things back to normal, and we hope you enjoy our new look. We’re happy to be able to continue to bring you gaming news with our unique perspective!

Oh, and don’t forget to take your shoes off when you come in… we don’t want to track mud on the new shag carpeting!

(Writer) I love Animal Crossing, music games (even though I can’t sing or play instruments) and adventure games. And the occasional 40+ hr JRPG when I can find the time! I live in Brooklyn, NY with my husband, Frank.

  1. Congrats on the new website, it looks great :)
one thing I miss, though, is seeing the date each news was posted on the homepage…is that something you still plan on doing?

  2. I’m totes diggin’ the new layout. The fairies (and elves!) at GayGamer have done an excellent job. ;)

And seconded. I know it shows the date when you click on the post, but I sorta miss having the date shown from the get-go.

  3. I am subscribed to the GayGamer RSS feed. The old feed is no longer being updated! I had to visit the site to see that it has been redesigned and to find the address for the new feed! Maybe you could redirect the old feed to the new one – a lot of people will not know that the site is still being updated (over 2,700 people just according to Google Reader)

  4. Love the new look, but I’m still curious – whatever happened to the rest of the staff? Everyone just seemed to dissapear. Especially FruitBrute?

  5. Also loving the new layout/color scheme, but it seems like it’s stuck at being SUPER narrow, and seem so tiny compared to the old layout, even when I re-size my browser window this page is still supper small and doesn’t re-size to fit the browser window making every thing seems squished together.
