Wootini’s Weekly Animal Crossing Diary

Dear Diary,

Oh my gosh! What a week! I can’t really call it the best week ever, because that would involve someone very special moving into Geneva, but this was a really amazing week anyway! Read on, MacDuff!

Wootini’s Weekly Video Podcast #211

So I’m still hopelessly obsessed with Dragon Age: Inquisition, but I’m starting to think you CAN actually get too much of a good thing… (Of course, Dorian is not included in that!)

And I’ve also been all about my 3DS lately, between Animal Crossing, Art Academy, and the new Pokemon Shuffle. All my thoughts in this week’s episode!

Nintendo’s Oscar Winners!

Nintendo decided to have a little fun with this year’s Oscar nominees, offering up some specifically Nintendo-themed awards! Would these be your picks? (Personally, I think Gamora from Guardians would be able to take their pick for Strongest Female Character…)

Join Us At Our Annual PAX East Meetup!

It might be freezing right now in Boston, and I’m pretty sure it’s going to be just as cold for PAX East in a couple of weeks, but if you’re willing to brave the tundra, we can promise you a hot time at our annual GayGamer.net gathering!

Last year, we were forced to meet up at a new location because the awesome gay sports bar we loved closed down (R.I.P., Fritz) to reopen as another boring regular bistro. Yawn. But Club Cafe turned out to be a decent alternative. It’s literally got a little of everything. It’s a club AND a cafe, just as the name promises! You can eat at a table, drink at the bar, and be merry on the dance floor in the back room.

Admission is free, at least before 11 pm, Saturday, March 7th. After that, there’s a $10 cover. So don’t be late! Join us by 10 at Club Cafe at 209 Columbus Ave. Whether you’re attending PAX East or just in the Boston area, we’d love to see you there! As long as you’re over 21, though! We don’t want anyone to get in trouble.
